Our Values and Objectives

Our Values:

1.  We value our personal relationship with Jesus, and desire to live in total surrender to His will in all areas of our lives.

2.  We value the Bible as the only inerrant, infallible, plenary inspired Word of God, and desire to always submit to its authority in every area of life.

3.  We value the local Church as God's primary organization for carrying out the Great Commission, and desire to support and encourage the work of the local Church.

4.  We value the importance of Biblical Excellence for a Baptist College, and desire to launch a college with Biblical Excellence as its foundation.

5.  We value the importance of Academic Excellence for a Baptist College, and desire to launch a college with Academic Excellence as a key component of its program.

6.  We value the importance of Mentoring Excellence for a Baptist College, and desire to launch a college that exceeds all others in our mentoring program.

7.  We value the strategic nature of New England to the US and the World, and desire to launch the premier Baptist Baptist College in New England in August 2013.

Our Major Objectives:

1.  Establish the Executive Team for the new college.

2.  Build the Organizational Structure.

3.  Build the first 5-year operating budget.

4.  Build the Advisory Board and Board of Directors.

5.  Build the Academic Program.

6.  Build the Practical Mentoring Program.

7.  Build the Library.

8.  Build the faculty.

9.  Build the support staff.

10.  Acquire the campus.

11.  Prepare the campus.

12.  Produce several academic publications on behalf of the college.

13.  Build the initial endowment.

14.  Build the student base (100 minimum initial student body).

15.  Secure Accreditation.
