Shepherd Groups/Mentorship Programs

 

Every student will be a part of a small group consisting of no more than 12 students. A member of the faculty will serve as the Shepherd of the group, providing guidance in academic advisement, personal spiritual growth, ministry experience, and personal development. Every Wednesday the Shepherd Groups will meet during the Chapel hour and then have lunch with their Shepherd. Each Shepherd Group will have the opportunity to have lunch with the President on a rotating basis.

Students will attend the same Shepherd Group every year throughout the entirety of their program and will receive Advisement for Academic Programs from their Shepherd Group Leader. During this time students will also receive guidance for vocational/practicum programs.
